Do you guys think James Turner was behind any of the gen 7 Pokemon? If so, then which one(s)?

I bet he did the Wimpod line. Secondary guess would have to be Sandygast and Palossand because he seems to like trolling the fuck out of people with objectmons.

I think he did a good job with Phantump and Trevenant, honestly.

I really don't like Golett and Golurk though. I agree with the other anon about Ribombee.

I wasn't shitting on Golurk, in fact I like all of Turner's designs yes, even the ice cream

But it's true that he tends to make a lot of objectmons, which are the most controversial type of Pokemon design.

Didn't work every time, and Overcoat might have been safer in hindsight, but it was still fun using Mandibuzz like a special sweeper whenever I could pull it off.

Funnily, one of the other Pokemon that I grew to love due to using it in the Maison was another Turner Pokemon, Trevenant.

Bruxish has James Turner written all over it, especially if you take a look at the designs he did for Harmoknight.

He's only really made the one line. Maybe Phantump if you want to get technical, but half of the grass types are just walking plants.

It's pretty fun, James Turner was the director so he had a lot of control over the game. There are bonus levels set to Pokemon music, too. Worth a pirate at least.
