Giovanni doesn't care for Pikachu and it's still a mystery why the Team Rocket Trio doesn't go after bigger and better things.

it's such a plot inconvenience.

the facts are: the dumb jolt rat is...

a) not worth it
b) a complete nuisance and a threat to humans that should be put to sleep by Nurse Joy herself
c) degenerate

and they are still after this piece of shit. if things constantly fail for TR, maybe they should change targets and all of their plans. let's face it: Jessie, James and Meowth don't deserve such treatment anyway. the pokemon anime series are a nightmare.

In short, I agree, Stuart was one of the best things about the dub- a pity TPCi blacklisted him, Taylor, Birnbaum, Lillis, along with a host of other (actually talented) VAs & script writers 4Kids had back in the day.
