People have been very vocal about hating Primarina's design. And believe me I was right there with you at first, but after some serious thought I can explain the design, and while I'm still not a huge fan of the in game model.. I think it's still smart.
Look at some of the fairy type mons thus far: Gardevoir, Sylveon, Florges, most of them have a very feminine design. So while I'm still not a huge fan, I understand why it has the feminine nature that it does. Discuss?
