Kyurem and all its forms are only good because they're legendary Pokemon (so they have a high BST). And even then, Kyurem-B and standard Kyurem aren't exactly amazing compared to most legendaries.
Cloyster is only good because it has Skill Link and Shell Smash. The fact that it's Ice-type is irrelevant.
Mamoswine is saved by it's part Ground typing. If it was Ice + any other type, it would be shit.
Weavile is arguably the only true Ice-type that is good and that's because it's literally the only Ice-type with an attacking stat and speed stat both over 100.
When will Game Freak make another fast, offensive Ice-type? And why do Game Freak always make Ice Pokemon available at the very end of the game. It would make sense if Ice-types were horribly OP, but they're shit. Even Dragon-types (which were previously rare and only available near the end of the game) are now available much earlier on.
