Charjabug has 127 HP at level 38 in the latest Train On! trailer. Depending on the EVs and IVs that trailer Pokemon had, the bare minimum base HP for Charjabug is ~60 and the maximum base HP it could have is 105

I personally think Vikavolt's BST will be 515 to 520
HP: 95-100
Attack: 70
Defense: 60
Sp. Atk: 120
Sp. Def: 60
Speed: 110

At a bare minimum 500BST, 90/70/60/110/60/110

Vikavolt seems to be a version of Galvantula that trades compoundeyes+Thunder and Sticky Web for more speed, a stronger Volt Switch and Bug Buzz, levitate and the ability to take more than one hit.
