Add an Ice-type move user to your team. You have a few couple of options.
You can find potentially Floatzel up to level 50 by Surfing in Victory Road, and they learn Ice Fang at Level 1.
You can find Medicham up to level 45 in Victory Road. They learn Ice Punch and Thunder Punch at Level 1.
You can find Gyarados up to Level 55 using Super Road in Victory Road. They can learn Ice Fang and Dragon Dance.
Keep your Ice-type for Garchomp. It should OHKO at a reasonable level.
Your Staraptor should be able to OHKO Roserade.
Have your Torterra Earthquake her Lucario.
Milotic's Ice Beam fucks over half of your team. That is the thing you need to worry about the most. I recommend teaching Giratina Thunder, or having Focus Stash on Torterra. If you can't afford either of these, just send out your Lucario, as its the only one that can take a few hits, and try to weaken it as much as possible, then send in a faster Pokemon like Staraptor to finish the job.
