First of all, that's literally impossible, due to the huge size of the Pokémon fanbase, at least one girl will like any Pokémon, you can only estimate the least liked. Likewise, boys will like every Pokémon as well, but since boys vastly outweigh girls in terms of fanbase sizes, so that applies to your criteria in some way, since it's impossible for it to be mutually exclusive. I like cute mons though.
