This mine, I really hope it can just be bought like in XY, but I'll be fine as long as it's in. I caught all the ORAS legendaries in it exclusively. Except fucking Latios .
I love the clean fresh look it has.

I wish ball changing was a thing by niw, even if only for your starter.
In both X and OR I caught my first non starter Pokémon in one to keep through the game as my second in charge kind if deal.

Omega Groudon was the hardest Pokémon I've ever has to catch thanks to my premier ball legendary crusade autism

Sport Ball doesn't have capture animations in the datamine, so I don't think its returning.
It remains exclusive to a handful of Bug-types without HAs.

Remember when character art in Gen 2 and Gen 3 had regular Poke Balls, but green or blue?

I want to be able to change the colors on Balls like that.

I always end up using pokeballs pretty much exclusively for my ingame team because I like shit to match and the first few pokemon I get will most likely be caught in them.
I hope we can change what ball a Pokemon's in in SM.

Yes.

At the risk of getting everybody's hopes up, all the balls seem to have slightly unique catch animation. Why program that if the Apricorn Balls weren't going to be usable, right?

To add to this, we know from the trailers that there will be a way to buy Region-specific items. You can bet your ass I expect Apricorn Balls in the Johto store, and Dream Balls in the Unova store.

The second best Legendary Balltism in my collection.

First place goes to the Johto Beasts I got in HG/SS;

>Suicune in Lure Ball (Blue)
>Entei in Level Ball (Red/Orange/Black)
>Raikou in Fast Ball (Yellow with Lightning Bolt, personal favorite)

Premier is OBVIOUSLY best, I use it for my shinies.

I like dusk ball too though, I like its animation for popping open and shut. The purple-y color is neat.

Only when bred with Ditto. You can't get HA and apricorn/sport balls without hacking unless they made a major breeding change to SM.
