Hey anons, does breeding shiny Pokemon increase the chances of the baby being shiny in Gen 2 at all?
I've bred 4 shiny Pokemon so far and I just want to know that I haven't used up my life's luck or something.

in gen 2 shinyness is based on IVs

Yes. People used the red Gyarados to breed due to this.
