Honestly some Pokémon like Hoopa pull it off well. They're fast enough to outspend bulky fuckers and the like, and if you're against an opposing fast hyper offense team, click Trick Room.

It's sort of a counfounding but workable strategy

Only a broken hidden ability can save Decidueye. But it will probably be Sniper because GF are retarded.

Gen IV - Infernape

Gen V - Infernape, Blaziken (banned), and Venasaur

Gen VI - Megazard, Blaziken (banned), and Greninja (Banned)

That's just for OU. Most of the starters do well in UU as well, and can even be run in VGC to some extent.
