Hacking your 3DS takes less than an hour and gives you far more use out of it beyond just pirating games. There's a good amount of emulators/homebrew not to mention custom themes, mods, and unlocking the CPU on the n3DS. It's also easy enough that once you do it, there's really nothing to worry about if you followed Plailect's guide step by step, and 3DS CFW can be uninstalled by just ejecting your SD card.
If you haven't hacked your 3DS by now, you're either uninformed, underage, or just a retard.
