After learning it gets a ghost type, in spite of it looking nothing like a ghost, I said to my self that this is as bad as it gets, there is no way to make it worse.

Rowlett and Dartrix have super low speeds, and unless Decidueye suddenly jumps up 40-50 points, (it won't) he's not breaking 60 speed looks like.

That would be useful if it gets strong attacks that have low accuracy. If it just gets the typical 95-100% accurate moves 80bp moves, that would only ever help if the enemy raised their evasiveness, which is banned anyway.
