Well it seems to be a bit more power or the same than Tranquill, base 77 Atk, is exactly 32 Atk at level 15 with max IV and no EVs

Unfezant gets base 115, pretty high

Why not? They are both Piciformes and part of the suborder Pici.

Pikipek's demo stats are probably not correct.

It barely gains any attack/speed when evolving, on the other hand the defensive stats double up.
