Hypothetically speaking, if i use Powersaves to change the IVs of a Pokemon i bred myself, would there be ANY way for someone else to find out that i did? Is there a specific program or something that can calculate some RNG stuff to show that the IVs were changed, or is it completely impossible to tell?
