It's rediculously stupid that people are actually think Decidueye will be even slower than the likes or Skarmory and slightly faster than Chansey, despite what Decidueye is based on and how it is the lightest Alolan starter. It's even worse how they also think Incineroar, who is 100 lbs heavier than Decidueye is going to have 100+ base speed.
