I honestly think you are all way underestimating how useful a one turn arena trap can be on a pokemon that can take a hit, but then again I play 3v3, and it seems way less useful in 6v6. I doubt it'll be OU for smogon, but just having that and sucker punch gives it a niche. If it gets any decent ability that'll be cool, but knowing game freak it'll either get something terrible like keen eye or something like shadow tag that makes its signature ability pointless.
