Its ability is designed to wear down bulky steel and poison types normally immune to such nonsense, but its stats and movepool are built like a (set up?) sweeper. Most of the steel types you'd want to poison aren't going to like a STAB Flamethrower from Salazzle either. Except Heatran, but if you Toxic that thing you're getting a x4 Earth Power to the face. So the default item is Air Balloon I guess?
