What about the kiddos who love the cute little guy and use no Pokemon other than him? If it gets on to later in the game and they lose their MVP to plot, they're pretty boned. That's the same kind of bullshit that Fire Emblem Fates pulled with Kaze - and that game's for teenagers who probably didn't have one Ninja carrying the entire army. If Cosmog actually gets kidnapped, a lot of people are getting fucked.
