His speed is equal to Weavile's. Effectively losing Dark Void puts a huge dent in his viability.

Maybe.
Not just because of the dark void nerf, but because the meta might change so much this gen that pokemon such as genesect and deoxys might stay in OU this time.

It mostly depends on the meta. Darkrai was Uber mostly because it's a braindead two buttons sweeper.

In ubers you can still somewhat stop it because everyone is pretty bulky, but something like that wrecks OU
