Sceptile, Blaziken, Swampert, Infernape, Empoleon, Delphox, Chesnaught, Greninja - are just anthropomorphize versions of Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, Chimchar, Piplup, Fennekin, Chespin and Froakie.
The only exceptions are Torterra and Gen V starters. But Gen V was literally shit, so we don't count it at all.
