even with Ass vest and max HP/SpDef investment (which nobody would run), it's 2HKO'd by Specs Keldeo Scald and even Max Attack Vest, it can't OHKO keldeo, and CB has a 25% chance to ohko but you're risking a burn too and it'll get at best one kill

even with voltturn support to get it in, relying on EQ for dommage means it gets fucked up by lando

This thing fares even worse in UU where all the bulky waters are, so RU at best
