Very early on, it's in the first big city you go to (the one from the demo) Hau loi or something similar (10-15 minutes in?)

Both clothes and hairstyle/color and contact lenses are unlocked.

The starting clothes that are unlocked in that town are pretty bad though, just tank tops and different colored shirts. The only pants they have are just different colored versions of the ones you start with so I would assume it'd take longer to get better / more unique outfits

That would be my top priority, honestly. Find all the clothes and haircuts so I can figure that shit out in advance. I'm trying really hard to avoid things but I'll take exception with clothes.
