Liquid Voice is all but confirmed for no damage boost, thus making it absolutely useless.

What made Pixilate Sylveon relevant is that Pixilate gives a damage boost. Hyper Voice does not. Torrent is a better HA than it. And it's useless.

Confirmed that it doesn't. -ate moves now get it added in their description that they get boosted damage. Liquid Voice doesn't say that.

Also there isn't one, aside from letting you know that GF fucking hates this pokemon and wants to shit on it as much as possible.

Every -ate move now specifically states "The power of those moves is boosted a little." Liquid Voice does not. It doesn't get a boost so as you say, it's not even an ability. Primarina will run Torrent.

125 SpA with Energy Ball/Ice Beam/Moonblast/Scald isn't that bad of a special attacker.

Bulky specs will be it's default set. Will be excellent in RU.
