I'm honestly a competitive fag, and a lot of the newer Pokemon are pretty shitty and are either going to be UU or NU. There are a few Pokemon that look like they're going to be OU staples though (The sea urchine and most of the Ultra Beasts), but most won't.
It's such a shame, because a lot of the new Pokemon actually LOOKED cool. Unfortunately, they'll only be viable in-game.
I will admit that I'm happy about some of the buffs/nerfs going on to help out older Pokemon. 80bp Leech Life, in particular, makes me smile more than Gale Wings being made into a shit ability.
