You do the following now:

Remove SD
Blow on it like you blow the guy at the bus stop for pocket money
Reinsert
Try again

if it doesn't work replace SD
if that doesn't work your TWL is fucked wich means you installed something to your TWL that was broken aka you're fucked

This is also happening to me. I installed the CIA on two 3ds at once; one was fine and the other finished the whole install then gives me this error. Only difference in the systems is the one that's not working had the moon preload on it. I tried deleting the ticket but it didn't help.

So no Gateway either? I haven't touched my 3DS in about a year and, while I have a 9.2 firmware, I desire instant gratification and simply want to use my Gateway card instead of installing CFW. But I know I should do that anyway.

Gateway should work, I think. Sky3DS uses a template system that's updated by the developers of the card, to prevent getting blocked

FBI didn't work, and looking at it on google I need to inject it into health and safety with RXtools, which apparently doesnt work on 10.3
