He isn't suffering, my talonflame is fine because I only use her for hatching eggs and flying (but I did level her up to 100 and didn't strip it of the move that makes it bravest bird)

Pretty much everyone uses it. In the last VGC tournament literally all finalists had Talonflame in their teams, for example.

Its stats and typing are pretty mediocre without a 120BP priority move. It doesn't even make an effective balky Pokemon without priority Roost.
