So super training is over, EVs cant be trained anymore, we must go back to train evs in the wild or let the mons at Poké-Pelago.

Because Game Freak never uses their brain for the first of a generation. It's a shame, they realized the utility of Hordes in ORAS by giving us areas with 100% chance of encountering a Horde with a given IV.
