whats happening to gengar is bad but youre overreacting you have to remember that gengar usually still knows focus blast , not to mention it can learn dazzling gleam and icywind.
not to mention that it can substitute and disable. or use balloon. yes it gives gengar an extra challenge but gengar is still a good pokemon to use. most ground types arent fast anyway . this game sucks but this is just more scratches on an already messed up generation of pokemon.
