You mean its JUST tier movepool. Not even EQ to combat other Electric types that could try and take adventage of. Bulu and Leke are like the only two with actually good movepools and Fini can work with its HA as a Sclad user. Koko is......just why.

his special movepool is almost non existence. All it gets is Thunder bolt, v switch, grass knot and dazzling gleam. Looks like another fast electric type with people running Thunder bolt, v switch, Hp ice.
