It'll be UU at worst, replacing Volcarona's spot on BL at best. This thing is so fast, has good enough SpAtk, and also gets Quiver Dance with Fairy stab. This thing run specs better than Volcarona does as well because it doesn't get 4x weakness to rocks and is faster. It's bullet punch fodder, though and it gets walled by steels.

Note that the Scizor set i listed lives a hit, but doesn't actually kill you back on a switch in, even without defense investment on the Ribombee.

It probably will end up in UU which I'm fine with since that's my favorite metagame, but everyone is spazzing out about how it will be one of the few OU pokemon from this gen just because it outspeeds most of the current OU.
