What about mythical? There's plenty of myths about legendary pokemon that aren't mythical.
What about being an ultra beast? Aren't there plenty of pokemon you could describe as being ultra and a beast?
It's almost as if there's a completely different requirement altogether to earning those titles and is something more complicated than looking at the root of the title.
UB are legendaries. They fit every similarity that matters.
