Has anyone got to the new battle tower or whatever yet?

I need to know if UBs are legal there to get an idea if they're legal in VGC/Battle Spot

I imagine the game treats them as legendaries. They're pretty fucking broken. Each one has a Moxie tailored to its best stat.
