It's basically Amoongus 2 but with better move like strenght sap and spotlight which is a better rage powder. However because of it's fairy typing it has a x4 weakness and it has less base HP than Amoongus so it will be easier to kill. Plus now with the tapus and electric/fairy terrains spore might be less useful.
I'm sure it's going to be a great pokemon in VGC17 but not as popular as Amoongus in VGC15.

In all seriousness, its lackluster abilities and meh HP stat don't really impress me. I don't see how it can stand out against other more useful fairy types but it may serve a niche role
