Actually it's because of our regulations...all our games go through another rating process and that's what causes the delay.

Playing SM early would be neat, but the main thing I'll be playing is the battle spot and VGC ladders which won't be open until launch anyway

It was more meant general statement. I dont know the number for the 3DS, but i still dislike people, who are pirating.

I just find it hilarious that most of the people who pirate games actually hate the game and even though they didnt pay one cent for it, they still bitch around.

True, especially since we have the tools to look at the whole game's content in a matter of hours. I'm still gonna enjoy the game, even if it's somewhat lacking.
