Also this thing already naturally learns Agility, with 252 neutral speed it can hit 370 at +2 which isn't enough to beat positive base 120. Meaning you either need to run +spd which complete culls it's offensive power or just settle for beating a slower speed tier like base 115's.
Either way any Scarver with even mediocre speed is going to still run circles round you.

It HAS to run +s.atk 252 with something like Life Orb to give it the same kind of nuke ability and make up for the BP. But with that speed it's practically guaranteed to take a heavy hit at some point.
Keep in mind it's been introduced in the same generation as something like Xurkitree which is Elec type too but with a base 173 s.atk and 83 speed to work with plus Tail Glow of all the things to give it.
This thing straight up needs TR and it's not even the best abuser with all the slow mons this gen.
