At least it's ability essentially gives it STAB on Steel-type attacks anyway, and it's signature move Anchor Shot is a 80 base power physical steel move that prevents he opponent from switching out. He also gets Phantom Force, Power Whip, Brick Break, Shadow Claw, and perhaps most interestingly Rapid Spin. This coming off Ghost typing, 131 base attack, and HP/Def/SpDef of 70/100/90 which isn't all that bad.
I think he's underrated. Not god-tier but definitely a good candidate for Trick Room if that's still a thing (maybe in VGC?).
