Wishiwashi has Sunkern-tier stats until it reaches a high enough level that it turns Schooling.
Then the motherfucker's on par with Slaking, Regigigas and the like sans HP, but it reverts to regular form at 25% or less HP.

Just to clarify, does Schooling activate or wear off when it drops below 50%?

Because it's literally unusable if the former.

When it gets school form it will activated the moment the fight starts and keep the form until it loses a set amount of HP.

During school form its base stats go up to over 600 none of those points go to its hp or speed.
