Goddammit. I'm so dissapointed by this gen. Here I thought this was the revival of Pokemon, the return to the glory of games like Emerald, BW2, HGSS, and Platinum. I guess not. That's what happens when you buy into the hype I guess.

You didn't play the game, I'm almost sure.

Also the PSS is the plaza now, only difference in accessibility is a small loading screen.

You just need to wait anon. Gen 5 skipped remakes and then they returned Gen 6. Gen 6 skipped third versions, and now they will return Gen 7. And if they are as mediocre as you say...well, see above.
