Incineroar has Intimidate which is always useful, and decent bulk consider it has a good Attack stat. Decidueye has a wide variety of utility moves, and could be a useful technical mon. While Primarina is good right off the paper, the other two may eventually get their chances to shine. Gen 2's starters are undoubtedly horrible, please try and explain how Meganium is better than any of these three
