Yes, the Cosmog you'll receive is from the other dimension and will evolve into Solgaleo. Training it is pretty tough, though.

If you play without the Exp Share I would say it is one of the harder pokémon games. Haven't tried with it on but I have heard that it isn't as broken as gen VI.
