I'm a Moonfag pre-leak but it presumably could? I don't see time settings in trainer info or anything. Also I once more highly reccomend backing up all the saves involved in the swap in case it fucks up or what have you. You can restore that way (literally just make 2 folders per game in Jks and label one "Vanilla" and the other "mod" or something.)

It'll literally be titled "Pokemon Moon" & "Pokemon Sun" then have a file called "MAIN" (the save) you'll wanna copy either both the folders or make your own little Moon/Sun folders then move the mains independently just make sure you know which is which. But yeah, you scan for games via JK and when you're transferring either by Ftp or manual it'll be in a folder JKSE or something like that then "pokemon moon" or whatever game you've exported a save of.
>>29803266Jks has a cartridge option yes, I don't see any reason you couldn't just directly transfer to the appropriate game from Cia/Sd. at worst you'd just repeat the process except with 2 files from basically the same game I suppose.
