I like that the buff really makes him viable as a support mon and even offensively. Early SM it will arguably be between UU/OU, RU at worst.

Does Roost cause the user to be grounded this gen?
Because I can see Pelipper and Tapu Bulu making a good pair, what with Grassy Terrain further healing Pelipper.
