What bothers me about them is the contradiction they imply.
First of all, since they're beings from another dimension, the designers took a different approach from what we're accustomed, which everyone and their mothers realized in this board months ago. So what I said here

Like it or not, their actual point is to not look like pokemon because, as we have known since they were revealed, lorewise they are not the same as the rest of pokemon (maybe pokemon from another dimension if you like).
However this gets contradicted gamewise because in all functions regarding the game mechanics, they work exactly as any other pokemon.
I was never complaining about their designs or about "hurr they look like digaymons", since there's a justification for that and I love some of them.
