Can anyone confirm if we can DEcrease IVs in Hyper Training and if it is possible to bring them up to 30 instead of 31?

you can reset them all to zero, because this is gamefreak, they never would thought about it

So it IS possible to bring the IVs down to 0, but only all of them and not single ones?

What about increasing it only to 30?

you can increase them to 30 and unfortunately you must start all over with all... this is the same as with hyper training

Maybe i am. Still curious tho, because i can imagine Gamefreak to have put in some lock to prevent the characteristic from changing to make it more realistic.
