Does Zygarde actually evolve into Complete Zygarde? It's NOT a Forme?

Or is it just considered a Forme up until the point you get all the Cells and it "evolves" into the Forme permanently?

You can get 100% as a standalone form by getting all the cells.

Ability is still power construct so essentially no ability.

It remains exactly the same as 50% zygarde except for the changes >>29811843 mentions:

The SpA boost is completely worthless if you ask me, but hey, it's GF, they know what they're doing.

So Complete Zygarde is literally just a free Recover/Slack Off that also slightly increases its Sp.Atk and makes it a little slower.

Zygarde is the most poorly handled legendary in the entire series.

My god zygarde got cucked almost as hard as talonflane. Is there anyreason to run 100% over 50%? I mean, it's very bulky, but snake is no thin foil either, and those 10 points in speed can make the difference.

There has been some talk about XY Zygarde being able to fuse with SM Zygarde, in the same way you can fuse several Zydoges, to make a permanent Complete, but it's still unconfirmed.

Sorry I'm not really into competitive shit, but does it really matter if Complete Zygarde is permanent or can only be triggered under 50% HP?

For example, if a Tapu used Nature's Madness on a regular Zygarde and reduced its HP to 50%, wouldn't Power Construct give back the HP it lost, returning it to full health anyway?

Zygarde is Bulky as fuck. if you can use 100% (hell, even 50%, even 10% is quite good) it will make it better than Garchomp and cuck Flygon once more because -

Getting Cells and cores allow you to teach him Thousand Arrows/waves, Dragon Dance and EXspeed.

Guess what? you have almost EQ that hit ANYTHING. Zygarde is bulky as fuck, so it can fucking DDance for sure. Literally the only thing that you can't hit for regular damage is Grass/Fairy or Bug/Fairy, which you can hit with Stone Edge/EX speed

Hell, even if you can't use 100% Zygarde, after getting into lower than 50% (which is possible because of it's bulk), you recover HP and have even more bulk.

Zygarde is going to be OU at least. Thousand Arrows is pretty much the one thing he needed the most in gen 6 to get out from BL.
