They do sound similar don't they? It definitely has a connection to Solgaleo and Lunaala. People are saying the Ultra Beasts may be inspired by the planets of the solar system, or something.

There's 7 Ultra Beasts, 8 if Necrozma is an Ultra Beast.

Along with Solgaleo and Lunaala, that's 11 celestial bodies minus Earth.

So, we have 9 planets and 2 prominent celestial bodies, the Moon and the Sun (celestial satellite and a star).

Perhaps Necrozma is inspired by Pluto since it's no longer considered a planet?

Solgaleo = generation of light
Lunala = reflection of light
Necrozma = refraction of light

So it will probably transform by having different light wavelengths go through it from the legends. Maybe even becoming a living wormhole in the process.

It's BST is 600 compared to their 680. Exactly the same as Zygarde and Xerneas/Yveltal. So it'll no doubt get a new form in the next game, and hopefully not as underwhelming as Complete Zygarde.

And at first it still has only 108 base HP as 50% Zygarde, so if it gets killed before falling to yellow health it can't even become the Complete form

Dude, Zygarde BODY is compiled by Zygarde CUBE
In the norse myth, Skoll and Hati are wolves who hunt the Sun and Moon gods (also his father is Fenrir, another Zygarde influence).
SYZYGY is a term used to celestial bodies which are temporarily placed between others forming a straight line, like the EARTH between the Sun and the Moon.
Azoth is a PERFECT hermaphrodite (X and Y chromosomes, like those blue=Xerneas and red=Yveltal wings in Zygarde body) body (corpus) where soul (Sun) and spirit (Moon) comes together. Zygarde is the Azoth between Solgaleo, Lunala, Xerneas and Yveltal.
For sure Necrozma is related to Solgaleo and Lunala too, but Zygarde is the only who fits in corpus and Azoth.

Really the rainbow consists of all existing billions of colours, so it could have literally any number of forms.

I would personally like it if they kept it to just primary and secondary colours, namely red, blue, green and yellow, cyan, magenta. Maybe white too for good measure. It's already annoying enough for my autistic ocd that we have an Orange Minior to fuck up the system.

I successfully downgraded my 3ds to 9.2 from 9.4 and now when i try to access homebrew launcher before the boot using down button on D pad (worked before downgrade) it does nothing. Do I have to use homebrew through browser and use menuhax once again to use it like before downgrade?

It's caught just like Pokemon without the need for UB related stuff and when caught the Rotomdex says that it's a lifeform similar to a UB but not quite the same. Legendaries are still Pokemon through and through while Necrozma is closer to Pokemon than UBs are but also similar to UBs. Unless Necrozma is the missing link between the two and it's revealed that UBs and Pokemon were once in the same dimension and the same kind of creature before they were split and separated by millions of years of evolution.

He'll get a game for sure. Zygarde was pretty obviously going to get a game but it got canned for whatever reason and had all the relevant shit dumped into SM. Gen 6 seems like a clusterfuck of a development period and I kind of want to know what the fuck was going on with Gamefreak that lead to XY being unfinished and ORAS rushed with no other game despite it being obvious there was going to be one at some point.

To me it's just that Solgaleo, Lunala, Necrozma are all UBs, but while the rest are basically tourists, these 3 have stayed so long in the pokemon world that they've become permanent residents. So they're slightly distinct from actual citizens of the pokemon world, but similar enough to be classified as pokemon from the pokemon dimension.

It just feels odd that it's explicitly pointed out with Necrozma and the fact that he still looks weird as shit while Solgaleo and Lunala actually look more like traditional Pokemon. Necrozma is supposed to have been in the Pokemon universe for a VERY fucking long time before you catch him, longer than Cosmog had been around at any rate.

Nope. You encounter it in the grass like one but it's only in one area and doesn't move about. You find it on Ten Carat Hill after completing all the UB postgame stuff for Looker.

This is just based on speculation from other anons, but what if the current Necrozma is already a weakened/more

I think evolving in the Pokemon world is what caused Solgaleo and Lunala to become more like Pokemon than UBs. Maybe they'll reveal a star-like UB pre-evolution for Necrozma (which represents a black hole) that "collapses" into the black hole Pokemon we see now.
