Sort of, but not quite.
If it were 2 Metagross, this guy would be packing 8 arms over 4--Actually wait. It seems like a Metang glued itself to Metagross' underside, but if it' added Metag, there should be another 2 arms. Where did the extra arms go? Where are the Beldum?

Pretty sure it's accounting for this due to the size differences.

Metagross 4 arms are the front 4.

Metang's 2 arms are the back top.

The 2 Beldum's are the back bottom.

Also many people suspected this before, because it has elements of Metang's design in the base structure. It's nose is the chin, and the former eye sockets make up the divets in the bottom of it's mouth.

That's most likely the case, remember in the Kanto games Mew gave birth to Mewtwo, implying its female.

The Mew found on Faraway Island is implied to be this same Mew, since Fuji was on that island before, but has no gender anyway.
