Not sure if this worthy of its own thread, but I need help vp.

I'm too dumb to hack my 3ds, so to pass the time I've been planning out my team. While making my team I noticed half of them are bulky physical attackers and they all share common weaknesses. How can I make a balanced team out of these pokemon vp?
