How many PC boxes are in Sun/Moon? Is a living Pokedex still possible without using Bank? I'm working on one while waiting for SM to release, but if there's still only 30 boxes, I feel like I'm wasting my time.

keeping the living dex in your PC: yes
catching them all in SM: no
idon't know about all forms though, most likely, you'd only need 25 boxes to have 1-802.

well, SM dont have a national dex so there really isnt a point besides saying that you did it
