I think it's stats total out to 480/490. It has a decent move set iirc.
I'm using it either way since it's not objectively shit like unevolved salandit

Good attack, decent special bulk. It has however pretty shitty physical bulk and it's not really fast. Good movepool thoug

Overall usable in-game, PU shitmon for smogon. If you want a nice status-absorber it works as well
